Their sling chairs feature heavy-gauge aluminum rails with a precision spline channel. Replacement slings must match the original dimensions exactly.

Measuring Your Tropitone Chair
Tropitone rails are typically extruded aluminum 7/8" to 1-1/8" diameter with an internal channel. Measure center of rail to center of rail for width, and rail-top to rail-bottom for length. Our configurator supports measurements to the nearest 1/4 inch.

Do you carry Tropitone's original vinyl mesh fabric?
We carry the Phifertex line — the same woven vinyl-coated polyester mesh Tropitone uses on most commercial sling chairs. You can also choose Sunbrella solution-dyed acrylic for a more upscale look.
My Tropitone chaise has an adjustable back. Is that a one-piece or two-piece sling?
Adjustable-back chaises almost always use a two-piece sling (separate seat and back that pivots). Select "Chaise Sling - Two Piece" in our configurator.
Can you match the original Tropitone color?
We carry 200+ fabric colors and patterns. Most original Tropitone colors can be matched closely — browse our fabric collection or contact us with a photo and we can recommend the closest match.
