- Payment information: processed entirely by Square; we never see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank details. We only store the last four digits and a payment reference ID for reconciliation.
- Communication history: emails, chat messages, and support tickets you send us.
- Site usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) used for security and troubleshooting.
How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfill your order, including communicating with our shipping carriers.
- To send order confirmation, shipping notifications, and customer service replies.
- To respond to questions, support tickets, and chat conversations.
- To maintain accurate business records and comply with tax and legal obligations.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to protect our customers and our site.

- ShipStation — shipping label generation and order tracking.
- UPS, USPS, FedEx — delivery carriers receive your shipping address only.
- Anthropic (Claude) — our customer support chatbot may pass your question to Anthropic to generate a response. We never include payment details.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use a small number of essential cookies and browser local storage to keep your shopping cart between visits, remember your admin login (if you are a staff user), and verify support chat sessions. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Data Retention
Order records are kept for at least seven years to comply with tax law. Support tickets and chat history are retained for two years. Site server logs are rotated after 90 days.
