One-piece slings have a fabric pocket (also called a dowel pocket or rail tunnel) sewn into each end. The pocket slides over the top and bottom horizontal rails of the chair, and a flexible spline cord locks it into the rail channel. No staples, no notches, no special tools.
Casual Slings cuts every one-piece chair sling on a state-of-the-art computer-controlled cutting machine to a 1/8-inch tolerance. We sew matching pockets and hems to your specifications, include the spline cord cut to the rail length, and ship within 20-25 business days.
Most one-piece chair slings measure 16-22 inches wide at the top, 17-24 inches wide at the bottom, and 38-46 inches long from the top rail to the bottom rail. If your chair falls outside that range, our configurator will accept anything from 10 to 30 inches wide and 20 to 60 inches long.
