CASUAL SLINGS

Two-Piece Chaise Lounge Sling Replacement (Back + Seat)

A two-piece chaise sling has a separate back panel and a separate seat-and-leg panel, hinged so the back can recline independently. It is the most common chaise sling type on residential patio chaise lounges from Brown Jordan, Tropitone, Woodard, and Hanamint.

Two-piece chaise slings ship as two pieces in one order: a back sling with two rail pockets, and a seat-and-leg sling with two rail pockets. Both pieces are cut from the same fabric so the color matches exactly across the articulation point.

Typical sizing: back panel 18-22 inches wide and 26-34 inches long; seat panel 18-22 inches wide and 38-50 inches long. The configurator accepts customs sizes outside that range.

Striped and multi-color fabrics need careful orientation so the stripes align across the seat-to-back transition. Casual Slings cuts both pieces in the same orientation by default — striping always lines up.

Frequently asked questions

How do I measure a two-piece chaise sling?

Measure each piece separately: rail-to-rail width (center-to-center) and top-rail-to-bottom-rail length, for both the back panel and the seat-and-leg panel. Our How to Measure guide walks through it.

Will the two pieces match exactly?

Yes. Both pieces are cut from the same fabric roll in the same orientation. Color, pattern, and stripe alignment match across the back-to-seat transition.

My chaise is over 80 inches long total. Will it fit?

Yes — the configurator accepts back panels up to 36 inches long and seat panels up to 60 inches long, which together cover the longest residential chaises.
