Every sling is custom-made to your exact measurements. Your order goes through fabric cutting, sewing, quality checking, and packing before it ships. Lead times may vary depending on order volume and fabric availability.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location. We partner with major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to provide reliable delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. You can check your order status anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and the phone number on your account.

What if my package is damaged during shipping?

If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product before discarding anything. Contact us at hello@casualslings.com or use the chat support on our website within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom Products Cannot Be Returned

Because every sling is custom-cut to your exact measurements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless the product is defective or we made an error. Please double-check your measurements before placing your order.

What if I receive a defective product?

If your sling has a manufacturing defect (stitching issues, wrong fabric, incorrect sizing on our end), contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will remake and reship your sling at no cost. Please include photos of the defect and your order number.

What if I provided the wrong measurements?

If the sling does not fit because of incorrect measurements provided by the customer, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or free remake. We can offer a discounted reorder. This is why we strongly recommend following our measurement guide carefully and measuring twice.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet started. Once cutting begins, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@casualslings.com.

Fabric by the Yard

Fabric sold by the yard that has not been cut can be returned within 14 days in its original condition for a full refund. Cut fabric cannot be returned. Contact us to arrange a return.

Spline Cord Included Free

Every sling order includes replacement spline cord at no extra charge. The cord arrives as one continuous piece — cut it to the length of your channels during installation.
