These Terms of Service govern your use of casualslings.com and any orders you place. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Custom-Made Goods
Every sling we make is cut and sewn to order based on the measurements you provide. Once we begin cutting your fabric, your order is no longer cancellable because the cut piece cannot be resold.
We will accept measurement-error returns only if the sling does not match the dimensions you submitted. We are not responsible for fit issues caused by inaccurate measurements; please review our measuring guide before ordering.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in U.S. dollars.
- Payment is processed by Square at checkout. Your order is not in production until payment clears.
- Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address where required by law.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a price was clearly wrong (typo, system error), we will contact you to confirm or refund before producing the order.
Lead Times and Shipping
Production lead times are estimated and subject to change based on fabric availability and order volume. Current expected lead time is shown on our Shipping & Returns page. Shipping carrier delays are outside our control.
Returns
See our Returns Policy for full details. Custom-cut slings are generally non-returnable except for manufacturing defects or our measurement errors.
Warranty
We warrant that our slings are free from manufacturing defects (sewing, cutting, fabric flaws) for one year from delivery. Sun-fading, wear from normal outdoor use, and damage from improper installation are not covered. Fabric warranties from Sunbrella and Phifertex pass through directly to you and are honored by the fabric mills.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or this website is limited to the purchase price you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Use of the Site
- You agree not to attempt to bypass security or access the admin area without authorization.
- You agree not to scrape, copy, or republish our fabric photography, 3D model assets, or written content.
- Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used freely without compensation.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
