What the Order Statuses Mean
Custom patio slings are made to order, so every order moves through the same eight-stage production pipeline before it reaches your door. Here is what each status means while your order is in progress:

Order Received
We received your order and it is in the queue.

Payment Confirmed
Your payment cleared and we are queuing the order for production.

Processing
Materials are being staged and the cut file is being prepared.

Cutting Fabric
Your fabric is being precision-cut on our Gerber 3500 cutter.

Sewing
Hems and spline tunnels are being sewn to spec.
- 6
Quality Check
Final inspection — measurements verified and fabric checked for defects.

Shipped
Boxed and on its way. You receive a tracking number by email.

Delivered
Your sling has arrived. Time to install!
Tracking FAQs
How long does production take?
Current lead time is typically 20–25 business days from payment to shipment. Production time covers cutting, sewing, and quality check. Shipping adds 3–5 business days depending on destination.
When do I get a tracking number?
As soon as your order moves to the "Shipped" status you will see the tracking number and carrier on this page, and you will receive an email with the carrier link.
I cannot find my order — what should I do?
Make sure you are entering the order number exactly as shown on your confirmation email (e.g. CS-12345) and the phone number you used at checkout. If it still does not match, please contact support and we will look it up for you.
Can I change my order after I place it?
We can usually accommodate changes to measurements, fabric choice, or shipping address before your order moves to "Cutting Fabric." Once cutting starts, your fabric has been committed to your specs and changes are no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
